Provisions of this Regulation which are incompatible with the amendments made to the Code of Civil Procedure (R.S.Q., c. C-25), by the Act to reform the Code of Civil Procedure (S.Q., 2002, Chapter 7),
shall only apply to applications made prior to 1 January 2003.
