PROVISIONS
148.
This Regulation replaces
the Rules
of practice of the Court of Québec;
the Rules of practice of the Court of Québec relating to
appeals from decisions of the Régie du logement;
the Rules of practice of the Court of Québec (Criminal
and Penal Division);
the Rules of practice and procedure of the Court of Québec
(Youth Division) in civil and adoption matters; and
the Rules of practice of the Court of Québec (Youth Division)
in criminal and penal matters.
149. This Regulation comes into force on the fifteenth
day following the date of its publication in the Gazette officielle
du Québec.
