NOTICE TO THE MEMBERS OF THE BAR
MOTIONS IN THE CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE PRACTICE DIVISION
Motions in Evocation and Judicial Review (Art. 846 C.C.P.)
Please note that as of Tuesday, September 5, 2006, for all Motions in Evocation and Judicial Review (Art. 846 C.C.P.) the parties must file a factum (less than 10 pages) in the Court record. The parties, or failing which, the Court will determine the time limit for the filing of these factum which must be filed prior to obtaining a hearing date.
Each factum shall include :

a summary of the decision which is being submitted for evocation and judicial review;

the questions at issue;

the appropriate standards of review;
-
the grounds upon which the decision should be reviewed, quashed or upheld; and
-
a list of the relevant authorities.
