SUPERIOR COURT - DIVISION OF MONTREAL
SETTLEMENT CONFERENCES
1. Any request for a settlement conference must be made by completing the appropriate form as reproduced on the Web site of the Superior Court.
2. Unless otherwise authorized, the request must be addressed to the office of the Associate Chief Justice at least 30 days before the trial date.
