TRIAL ROLLS FOR MOTIONS TO INSTITUTE PROCEEDINGS : ORAL AND WRITTEN DEFENCES
Please be advised that, as of November 3, 2008, motions to institute proceedings to be contested orally will be placed on an accelerated roll upon verification by the Special Clerk, pursuant to a notice of presentation in room 2.16, that the file is complete and ready for hearing.
Motions to institute proceedings to be contested in writing will follow the normal procedure and be placed on a provisional roll in order to be fixed on the trial roll.
I remind you that attorneys must be gowned for all trials on the merits.
